Minimum Qualifications:

All applicants must have prior rental history on a residential lease or be prior home owners with timely rent/mortgage payment history. We do not sign with first-time leaseholders or non-occupant co-signers.
Monthly income must be three times the rent.
We run a full background and credit check on each person over the age of 18. The non-refundable application fee is $35 per adult and can be paid online. Applicants with credit score below 600 will not be considered; however, new or no credit history is not necessarily a denial.

Our pet policies vary by property. Pets must be over two years old, spayed or neutered, and current on vaccinations. Some breed restrictions apply. All animals including ESAs and Service Animals must be duly registered on PetScreening prior to moving forward. There is no fee for approved ESAs or Service Animals.
