Minimum Qualifications:

  • All applicants must have prior rental history on a lease or home ownership and positive payment history

  • Your monthly income should be three times the rent

  • We run a full background and credit check on each person over the age of 18. The non-refundable application fee is $35 per adult and can be paid online. The minimum credit score must be over 600. No credit history is not necessarily a denial

Minimum Requirements for pets at Iron Ridge are: at least 2 years old, spayed or neutered, and current on vaccinations. Some breed restrictions apply. All required documentation for animals including ESA and Service Animals must be submitted to us via PetScreening prior to moving forward. Pet rent for approved pets with signed animal agreement in place is $40 per month at Iron Ridge. There is no fee for approved ESAs or Service Animals.
