All applicants must have prior rental history on a lease or home ownership and timely payment history. We do not sign with non-occupant co-signers.
Monthly income should be three times the rent
We run a full background and credit check on each person over the age of 18. The non-refundable application fee is $35 per adult and can be paid online. The minimum credit score is 600. No credit history is not necessarily a denial
Minimum Qualifications for pets are: at least 2 years old, spayed or neutered, and current on vaccinations. Some breed restrictions apply. Pet rent for approved pets is $40/mo.
All animals including ESAs and Service Animals must be registered on PetScreening in order to be approved and to move forward with an animal agreement. There is no fee for approved ESAs or Service Animals.
