Stage Run Rd, Stage Run Loop, and Aspen Rd are located near the Deadwood Lodge between Spearfish and Deadwood in a scenic area of the Black Hills for the outdoor-minded renter.
Application Process
The application fee is $35 per adult. The standard lease is one year. A shorter term lease may be negotiated at a higher rate at Management’s discretion. Fees apply to short-term leases.
Layout
Each unit has an open concept living and kitchen area, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a laundry closet. Some main level units come with attached single-car garage.
Pets
Some units considered pet-friendly for a mature pet with references. Pet rent is $50/mo.
Utilities
Resident is responsible for electricity. Property owner pays water and garbage.

Minimum Qualifications:
All applicants must have prior rental history on a lease or home ownership and positive payment history
Your monthly income should be three times the rent
We run a full background and credit check on each person over the age of 18. The non-refundable application fee is $35 per adult and can be paid online. The minimum credit score must be over 600. No credit history is not necessarily a denial
Minimum qualifications for pets are: must be over two years old, spayed or neutered, and current on vaccinations. Some breed restrictions apply. Pet rent for an approved pet is $40/mo.
All required documentation for animals including ESA and Service Animals is submitted to us via PetScreening prior to moving forward with an approval and animal agreement. There is no fee for approved ESAs or Service Animals.
