Minimum Qualifications for 816-820 N Ames:
All applicants must have prior rental history on a lease or home ownership and timely payment history. Applicants must qualify on their own…we do not accept co-signers.
Monthly income should be at least 2.5 times the rent
We run a full background and credit check on each person over the age of 18. The non-refundable application fee is $35 per adult and is paid online. The minimum credit score is 600. No credit history is not necessarily a denial
Minimum Requirements for pets are: at least 2 years old, spayed or neutered, and current on vaccinations. Some breed restrictions apply. All animals including ESAs and Service Animals must be registered on PetScreening prior to moving forward. Pet rent for approved pets is $50/mo. There is no fee for approved ESAs or Service Animals.
