MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
All applicants must have prior rental history on a lease or home ownership and timely payment history. We do not sign with non-occupant co-signers.
Monthly income should be at least 3x the rent
We run a full background and credit check on each person over the age of 18. The application fee is $35 per adult and can be paid online. The minimum credit score is 600. No credit history is not necessarily a denial.
Our pet policies vary by property but dogs must be over two years old, spayed/neutered and current on vaccinations. Some breed restrictions apply. All animals including ESA and Service Animals must be registered on flatironproperty.petscreening.com prior to moving forward. There is no fee for approved ESAs or Service Animals.
